As most of you know, I completed my last 2 years of high school in San Jose, but have been graciously included in EHS reunions. I was married 10 years and had 1 daughter. Then divorced and a single parent 12 years. I became a Christian in 1979 and that has played a huge roll in my life. It was at church that I met my husband Gary. We just celebrated our 20th anniversary. His 2 children are now mine and we have 4 grandchildren. I worked 20 years in a bacteriology lab. Went back to school for Computer programming and went to work for a mortgage broker (go figure!). Moved back to Humboldt County in 1991 (30 years later). Worked for Six Rivers Bank (with John Moore) and Humboldt Bank until 2002. We had built a home in Fortuna and moved there in 2001 and in 2002 I went to work for First American Title in Fortuna (worked closely with Evy Ley). I retired from there the day after my 62nd birthday last year. We sold our home in Fortuna in August and moved to Rigby ID. We
have a beautiful home and are enjoying retirement. Rigby is about 14 miles north of Idaho Falls. We are less than 100 miles from Jackson Hole, Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons (the highest peek of which we can see from our front yard, thus the name of our subdivision "Teton Hights"). We love it here, even with the most snow fall in more than 20 years this winter. Everyone here is really looking forward to spring!

| How was adult life different than what you expecte? |

| I never completed college, but I did work in a bacteriology lab as was my plan. The mortgage business was a big surprise. Divorce was never in my plans, but am very thankful for the great marriage I have now. I never thought I would ever live anywhere other than California. |
|
| Plans or goals for the next 5~10 years? |
|
|
| We plan to do a lot of traveling, Lord willing, (a son in Wichita Kansas {one grandson}, daughter in San Jose {one granddaughter and one grandson} and daughter in Grants Pass {one grandson}). |
