45th Reunion of EHS Class of 1963
We are now ready to accept pre-paid reservations.
The Icebreaker will be held Friday, July 25th from 2PM till 6PM at the Sherwood Forest Nursery located at 2623 Harris St.
The cost for the Icebreaker is $15 per person, in advance, to cover the facility rental and hors d’oeuvres. The caterer needs to know how many people will be there in order to provide the correct amount of hors d’oeuvres. There will be a cash bar available.
Don't forget the Sock Hop at the new Riverlodge in Fortuna on Friday night. This is a great event and is part of the great Fortuna AutoExpo weekend. www.redwoodautoxpo.com
The reunion dinner and dance will be held on July 26, 2008 at Ingomar Club, Carson Mansion. Check out the new photo tour of the mansion at www.ingomar.org
Dress is casual.
There will be valet parking. Just pull up to the front doors under the green canopy. Please enter through the front doors.
Due to the large size of the group, the upper floors of the mansion may not be open for tours. However, I will try to make arrangements for tours.
Cost is $55 per person. This covers dinner, live music, decorations and all costs associated with mailings, printing, web site generation and all other misc. costs of bringing the class together. (FYI each mailing now costs about $250.00)
Timeline:
• Doors open at 6PM
• Dinner will be served at 7:15 PM
• Music for dancing 8:30 PM till 11 PM. A brief program will be presented during the dinner.
Tina (Tina’s Photography) will be available during the dinner and dance to take pictures by request. Tina will accept payment directly for the requested photos.
Remember the Melodiers?.....We expect to have Melodiers CDs available for purchase at the dinner. They donate all proceeds from the sale of their CDs to Eureka City Schools’ music programs.
This will be our final mailing prior to the reunion.
